UK Première of ‘Prelude 49 ‘ with the Isis Ensemble
Evelyn will be giving the UK première of Jacques Cohen's Prelude 49 alongside perennial favourite Eric Ewazen's Marimba Concerto. The concert will feature other works arranged for strings by Cohen, who will be conducting the concert himself. ‘Dreamachine’ with Radio-Sinfonieorchester Stuttgart (1)
Last year Evelyn thrilled a German audience in Köln with the première of Dreamachine by American composer Michael Daugherty. Less than a year later she returns to Germany to perform the same work in Stuttgart on two consecutive nights. Followed by Shostakovich's monumental Symphony No 10, these will be absolutely unmissable events. ‘Conjurer’ with the San Antonio Symphony Orchestra (1)

Evelyn Glennie brings her innovative brand of performance to Hugo Ticciati's new chamber orchestra of young string virtuosos. Portuguese Première of ‘Dreamachine’ with Orquestra Gulbenkian
The closing concert of the 41st Estoril Lisbon Festival brings together the Gulbenkian Orchestra and three GRAMMY winners: conductor David Alan Miller, percussionist Evelyn Glennie, American composer Michael Daugherty and Evelyn Glennie. For the first time, Portuguese audiences will be able to enjoy Daugherty's Dreamachine live - a work written for and premièred by Glennie.
